A fully lined Manikua kauki wood bow, the AM45VN from Amati has an octagonal stick, ebony frog with double eye pearl, and is nickel mounted with a three part button and wire wound grip.  A beautifully decorated inlay, Manilara kauki wood has almost the same specific gravity and color of the rare Pernambuco wood which has been used for centuries to make instrumental bows.
